And that’s more than enough reason to speculate on what I’d want to see from the upcoming fantasy epic from the developers that brought us Forza Horizon 4. Also, here’s the trailer for it below, but it’s you’re seeing “This video is age-restricted” I’m incredibly sorry. YouTube doesn’t like embedded videos anymore! Without further ado, let’s get into what I want to see when Fable launches at some point in the fut
Additionally, the dog can help you form an emotional bond with it the more you explore. And if the world is going to be a vast world, having that canine pal by your side during exploration may make for a less lonesome journey. And don’t hate me for saying this, but I feel like having your dog capable of being killed might make for more intense battles in which you fight to defend
Another game to watch for during Sony’s press conference is the God of War soft reboot. While it doesn’t abandon the events that came before it, the new God of War is taking Kratos in a much different direction, giving him a wider range of emotions and adding his son to the mix. The game is also trading Greek mythology for Norse mythology, which should allow for fresh enemy types and new weapons for players to mas
While the prevalence of Xbox 360 exclusives continues to wane, there is one title that most fans are already looking forward to: Fable 4 . Typically part of a two-year cycle, the Fable series has always been about evolving the video game experience into something truly unique. Unfortunately, in most cases, when compared to the promise the result falls a bit sh

Movement off the horse, such as in a dungeon or mine, occurs with no player input, putting focus solely on clearing away baddies. Combat is handled via two main powers controlled by each hand. The right hand casts a damage-dealing attack spell, while the left hand can push enemies back or fling environmental objects at them. To execute either attack, you simply aim at the intended target and push your lower arm away from your upper arm with the palm facing out. While it’s a simple combat system, it truly feels that you are the one casting the spells — always a victory for motion-based titles. Common variances like needing the left hand to pull the armor off of an enemy, while dealing damage with the right prevents gameplay from seeming stale.
Journey from a revolutionary to king or queen of Albion and along the way battle enemies far and wide while meeting a hilarious cast of characters. Fable III features a stellar voice cast, including John Cleese in the role of your personal butler, and boasts an Academy Award winner as w
Fable 2 and 3 were great games for many reasons, but they were also great games because of the good boy you get to have at your side throughout. Having the woofy little pupper helping you out in your adventure to locate treasures and defend you in battle made it feel great to have a dog. And with the gaming industry’s obsession with petting random dogs in game worlds, why not give players the chance to pet their own companion at any given t
With Nintendo forgoing a traditional press conference yet again, the extent of the Big N’s presence at E3 is a bit of an unknown factor. However, we do know that Nintendo plans on hosting a Nintendo Direct presentation like it did last year, and this time it will be headlined by Super Mario Odyssey , the biggest Nintendo Switch exclusive game on the horizon. What we’ve seen of Super Mario Odyssey so far has been plenty impressive, but along with more gameplay footage, my review here‘s hoping that Nintendo also gives the highly anticipated game a release date come E3 next w
The gaming world learned a very important lesson with the release of Halo : those men and women at Bungie know what they’re doing. After taking the shooter franchise to the absolute heights of video game fame and profitability, they left the project in Microsoft’s hands to try something new. We’ve known for some time that Bungie was working on something , but only recently has it become very likely that the next PC (possibly virtual-reality) game from the developers is currently titled Desti
